General Summary of Position
Assumes Supervisor's duties for the evening shift daily. This includes supervising production and service of patient, cafeteria and catering food service. Insures hospital and department policies and procedures are followed. Cook responsibilities include producing menu items for patient, cafeteria and catering services. May serve cafeteria breakfast and catering events. Maintaining high standards of quality food production and safe food handling. Maintaining a clean and sanitary work area.

Education
- High School Diploma or GED preferred or
- equivalent. preferred
Experience
- 1-2 years Experience as cook in large scale cooking operation. required and
- Formal training in institutional cooking preferred
This position has a hiring range of $17.5 - $27.23
