Director of Nursing Women's Services, Maternity Care and Labor and Delivery

At MedStar Health, our experienced Maternity Care and Women's Services team offers state-of-the-art labor and delivery rooms, emergency triage, surgical suites, and a team of 24-hour anesthesiologists, midwifery, OB/GYN practitioners, and neonatologists to provide care for all full-term, ill, or premature newborns. Our team prides itself on providing comprehensive services before and after the delivery of your baby.
As the Director of Nursing you'll be the leader and decision maker, working closely with physicians and your RN staff to provide the best care and most advanced treatments. MedStar Southern Maryland Hospital, just outside of the D.C., is part of a 10 - hospital system including Georgetown, Washington Hospital Center and others in the Baltimore area and throughout the state of Maryland. Our system has four Magnet hospitals with the others on the pathway to achieve that designation.

This position has a hiring range of $118,000 - $218,000
