Critical Care Medicine Nocturnist APP
In this role, the APP will work in conjunction with the admitting physician, for the care and services rendered to neuro patients plus general critical care patients admitted to the ICU and will conduct nightly rounds in a 15 bed ICU. In addition to having demonstrable core competencies in Neurology, the ideal candidate should possess a strong work ethic with excellent communication skills, the ability to work well within a highly collaborative team, proficiency to maintain excellent clinical documentation, an understanding of patient safety and high reliability in patient care. Schedule: Nights
Education/Licensure: current BLS/ACLS certification. Successful completion of an approved Physician Assistant program, board certified by National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and registered/certified by Maryland Board of Physicians (MD BOP.) Graduate of an accredited acute care NP program and licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Maryland.
Qualifications:
One year of hospital medicine preferred, ideally within a Critical Care, or Neurocritical Care setting, with experience in advanced procedures.

The Salary range for this position is $125,000-$160,000. This position will also have a shift differential.
