The MedStar Medical Group Radiology practice is seeking a Chief Radiology Advance Practice Provider to join our growing practice in MedStar Georgetown University Hospital.  The successful candidate will be joining a larger MedStar Radiology practice, with the entire group sharing a common administration, and with collaborative programs in quality and practice building. The Chief APP duties and responsibilities will include:

• Provides support for Interventional Radiology practice organization and structure.
• Functions as a clinical expert and resource to staff Radiology APPs.
• Implements and manage process improvement initiatives and education programs for APPs
• Provides education to APP group through didactic sessions, one-on-one mentoring, and simulation events when required to support practice changes and new procedures/services/technologies.
• Responsible for providing pre and post procedural evaluation and management for inpatients and outpatients undergoing Radiology procedures and performing minor image guided procedures under the supervision of Radiologists.
•  Maintains practice ethics and values congruent with the Code of Ethics, as well as adhering to national, state, institutional and/or departmental standards, policies, and procedures regarding the standards of care for patients.

This position has a hiring range of $115,000 - $143,619.
