General Summary of Position
Supports on-site teams with data collection, reporting, interpretation, and analysis. Supports related clinical and operations performance improvement in focused areas across MedStar Health by functioning as an analyst, facilitator, consultant, and/or project manager as required. Supports the attainment of improvements in clinical and operational practice to improve the quality and cost of care provided through any of the following: clinical resource utilization, operational assessments, productivity management, and other improvement methods. Ensures high quality of both the process and results of the work. Ensures that appropriate change management principals are applied in the areas impacted by change.

Minimum Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare field or industrial engineering required or
- Master's degree in related field preferred
Experience
- 2 years experience in healthcare data systems, analysis, management, and related healthcare consulting;experience supporting customer groups through data analysis and graphical presentation. required
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Ability to quickly grasp the basic operating tenets of the data systems and put them to use in rapid fashion.
- Advanced working knowledge of various computer software applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to facilitate a focused team to defined outcomes in a timely manner.
This position has a hiring range of $70,428 - $131,310
