Job Summary:

The Product Implementation Manager is responsible for:

  • Leading the product implementation function at MedMutual Protect
  • Overseeing the end-to-end implementation of a portfolio of products, both new and existing
  • Maturing the product implementation model for exceptional efficiency and service
  • Assuring all products are implemented and operational according to the business requirements
  • Leading a cross functional team in the planning, execution and successful implementation of new/modified products and services

Responsibilities:

  • Works closely with Product Management Directors across business lines to prioritize implementation efforts; develops and executes operational and tactical plans based on product strategies and requirements.
  • Engages, influences, and collaborates with key business partners in brand/marketing, IT/digital, sales, operations, benefit administration, strategy, product, legal, and compliance to support the definition and development of business and product requirements.
  • Influences the development of product strategies through feasibility assessments and the creation of innovative implementation approaches.
  • Partners with the Product Management Directors to define operational, regulatory and system requirements needed to support the product implementation.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, improve operational performance and drive process improvement
  •  Works directly with and be the liaison between Product Development, Sales, Customer Experience, IT and Operations to meet internal and external customer needs.
  • Tracks and communicates risks and status associated with the product implementation.
  • Engages is issue identification and resolution.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration or equivalent of training and/or experience
  • 8 years experience in project management, product development or implementations.

Technical Skills and Knowledge:

  • Strong Project Management Skills
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Strong skills in MS Office products, including MS Teams, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Comfortable with change, and working in a flexible and dynamic work environment
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience working independently and in group settings and responding to rapidly changing priorities
  • Takes initiative in driving results, asking astute questions, proactively reaching out to stakeholders, and meeting deadlines
  • Analytical skills and experience applying business knowledge to solve problems.
