Responsibilities
Senior Continuous Improvement Analyst
Supports process innovation and continuous improvement initiatives across the company. Contributes to the effort to foster a culture of sustainable change through embedding continuous improvement methodologies and the supporting framework to deliver business transformation.
· Leads continuous improvement projects, which enable the attainment of key strategic objectives to improve quality, reduce cost, and increase productivity.
· Supports the development of organizational process metrics and continuous improvement strategy and methodology.
· Works closely with business managers to develop and implement process metrics.
· Proactively identifies opportunities for improvement and builds stakeholder network to accomplish their implementation.
· Advises colleagues and team leaders in usage of Continuous Improvement framework and tools.
· Supports the delivery of accredited continuous improvement training to a wide range of colleagues.
· Completes post-implementation reviews to ensure successful delivery has been achieved and to ensure that improvements can be made for future projects.
· Participates in special projects as requested by management.
· Research new trends and techniques in the continuous improvement profession, in part by actively participating in professional organizations and reading trade publications.
· Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in business, statistics, analytics, operations management, or related field.
· 5 years of proven continuous improvement experience from a similar role, including project management and business analysis.
· 3-5 years of experience in the health insurance field preferred.
· Continuous Improvement/Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt Certification preferred.
· Expertise in business process management software skills.
· Expert knowledge of Six Sigma tools.
· Intermediate MS Office skills.
