Great new opportunity for an ICU Director in Houston. Oversee 40 ICU beds split between two unts (20 Medical, 20 Surgical). Currently there are 8 Intensivists, including the Director, plus one Virtual Intensivist. Outstanding staff, quality facilities. Located in a 300 bed community hospital (no trauma) in a growing and desirable part of the Houston Metro area. Compensation includes salary, stipend, quality measured bonuses, full benefits, sign on and relocation. The position is hospital employed. The hospital system is highly regarded and a market leader by many measures. In 2018 the population for the hospital's market area was 986,970 with growth over a million expected by 2023. It has some of the best schools, highly diversified population, strong economy and many more accolades.
