Houston ENT openings
1) A highly regarded hospital system based in Houston has several openings for Otolaryngologists to develop a clinical practice in one of several Houston locations. The positions will include a faculty appointment to teach and do research supporting several residency and fellowship programs in the Houston area. The positions will be employed by the hospital with salary, RVU based bonus plan, extensive benefits, and sign on/ relocation.
2) New opening in Houston with a large established ENT and Allergy practice. Ten offices around the metro area, with an opening in Katy. They have one surgeon who is retiring in September. Join another ENT, a Rhinologist, and an Allergist. There is no ER call at all. Paid with a salary guarantee and collections based bonus with full benefits and a 5 year partnership track with no buy in.
3) Small private practice currently made up of two ENT's and there is enough demand to support a third. The practice does General ENT, Sinus and Facial Plastics. The focus would be on Sinus and Rhinology. Practice guarantee with a % collections model. Benefits, bonus and more can be negotiated. Ownership in the practice and the surgi-center are possible.
