Responsibilities
About the role:
Type: Full Time, non-exempt
Compensation: $15.865-22.403 per hour
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Hours: Full Time Days

What to Expect:
Under supervision from the Supply Chain Manager the Supply Chain Specialist is responsible for participating in the Supply Chain steps to include receiving, order fulfilment, shipping, and inventory verification via a computer based inventory management system (IMS). Orders include screening test kits, medical equipment and other supplies needed to support comprehensive health assessments (CHAs). Additionally, the Specialist will preform tasks associated with enabling efficiency within the warehouse and participate in special projects.
Responsibilities:
- Perform job duties safely and report any unsafe conditions immediately
- Utilize technology such as tablets and scanners to pick supplies and lab test kits then record data to generate shipping labels
- Receives vendor orders and customer returns, properly inputting in the IMS
- Assists in physical inventory counts
- Organizes the warehouse and ensures aisles and exits are clear of boxes and materials
- Communicate in a customer service capacity with medical professionals and leaders to resolve inventory/order questions and concerns
- Participate in team meetings, provide feedback on warehouse processes and improvements
- Learn new processes, procedures, and technologies as required
- Other duties as assigned to include kitting, organization, cleaning, equipment processing
Qualifications
Must Haves:
Education:
High school dipolma
Experience:
1-3 year in a Supply Chain Environment
Skills and Competencies:
- Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day
