About the role:
Type: Full Time Salaried
Compensation: $101K - $135K
Location: Fully Remote, must be in the United States
Hours: Full Time Days

What to Expect:
The Senior Account Program Manager will be instrumental in aligning reporting practices with business objectives, driving program performance, and strengthening client relationships through insightful data and operational excellence. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills, account management experience, and optimizing client programs.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the capture, definition, and continuous improvement of reporting requirements, ensuring alignment with evolving client objectives and enterprise-wide standards.
- Oversee the quality and timely delivery of program status reports and key performance dashboards.
- Drive the creation and implementation of scalable reporting improvement initiatives for the Commercial team.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of Job Aids and reporting documentation to promote consistency and process excellence.
- Manage regular and ad-hoc reporting deliverables, ensuring outputs are actionable, meet client expectations, and align with SLAs and KPIs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and usability.
- Lead cross-functional discussions on data file transfers, establishing proactive monitoring mechanisms to ensure seamless integration and system performance.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for operational improvements and optimization across reporting workflows.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, promoting a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Support other duties and strategic initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications

Experience:
- 3+ years of relevant experience in reporting, analytics, or client-facing operations.
- Strong experience with reporting tools and data visualization platforms.
- Proven ability to manage client expectations and drive customer satisfaction and retention.
- Experience with CRM systems and customer data analysis.
- Skilled in account management, relationship development, and business development strategies.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field.
Preffered Skills:
- Experience in a healthcare, SaaS, or managed services environment.
- Familiarity with SQL, Excel modeling, or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Knowledge of data integration practices and system performance monitoring.
