Responsibilities

About the role:

 

Type: Full Time Temporary 

Compensation: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour

Location: Fully Remote, must be in the United States

Hours: Full Time Days

What to Expect:

 

Administers and maintains company benefits programs.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Informs and advises employees on benefits matters regarding eligibility, coverage and provisions.
  • Compiles and maintains benefits records and documentation.
  • May assist with special projects within the benefits area.
  • Manages worker's compensation and employee leaves.
  • Manages the input and auditing of employee benefits data in HRIS system.
  • Ensures complete and timely benefits record keeping.
  • Effectively communicates Company benefits information to employees.
  • Helps to design, plan and implement benefits programs.

Qualifications

Must Haves:

 

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2-4 years experience with UKG(HCM system), leave management, and tier 1 benefits questions
