Title and Summary

VP, Global Product Management, Merchant Analytics Products Overview

Advanced Analytics drives AI based solutions and products at a globally scalable level across the different customer lifecycle stages, credit risk management, operational and strategic analytics.
Customer engagement and loyalty serves as a key differentiator to optimize and grow revenue for our retail and commercial clients. To this end, developing and managing a suite of product solutions through internal and external partnerships, creative constructs, solid frameworks, and executable roadmaps are crucial drivers for commercialization and business impact.

This role is for a VP who will work across cross functional teams as Data & Engineering, Regional Product, Business Development, Client Delivery & Governance to deliver truly differentiated products.

The role is positioned to drive new ideas forward by combining creative thought leadership with innovation and industry best practices. This role will report into Data, Analytics and AI Solutions co-founder.

This role requires an experienced leader with demonstrated success bringing world-class products to market and enabling them to scale. Key responsibilities include:

• Lead a team to drive coordination of business and customer activities across different teams
• Lead all key activities to drive the roadmap execution linking it to a quantifiable product scorecard, monitoring and optimization of performance
• Drive thought leadership agenda - articulating strategy, innovation roadmap and value proposition
• Responsible for achievement of in-year and multi-year revenue targets
• Build strong relationships across Mastercard including customer, technology, and product teams
• Actively engage in new innovation initiatives, data resources and capability assessment with a futuristic lens
• Provide oversight and product engagement for launch, in-market testing and global rollouts.
• Adapt and drive development of product enhancements continuously to customer needs, market trends, and competitive opportunities
• Bring voice-of-the-customer metrics to life in a way that will inspire and drive change

• Deep understanding of merchant analytics, advertising ecosystem, third party data sources, and AI
• Experienced people leader with track record of developing high-performing teams

• Ability to think strategically about complex issues and driving thoughtful recommendations
• Have a creative mindset with the ability to craft and deliver compelling product narratives and storytelling that resonate with diverse audiences.
• Ability to interact with varying levels of leadership across the organization and with internal and external clients; ability to lead and influence at all levels
