Our decency quotient, or DQ, drives our culture and everything we do inside and outside of our company. We cultivate a culture of inclusion for all employees that respects their individual strengths, views, and experiences. We believe that our differences enable us to be a better team – one that makes better decisions, drives innovation and delivers better business results.

Title and Summary

VP, Financial Inclusion Product Team Lead Overview:

The Financial Inclusion Consumer Solutions team is on a mission to include over one billion people in this digital economy by 2025, and we're making fast progress. However, while the number of bank accounts is quickly rising, these accounts are not being fully utilized. Large parts of the population remain unbanked or underserved. The Financial Inclusion team aims to accelerate the movement of the underserved towards true financial health, encouraging frequent usage of a range of appropriate products, including the responsible use of credit. Financial Inclusion of individuals also requires the resilience of accepting micro/small business in their communities. We achieve this through understanding and representing the needs of the underbanked segment, and their local SMBs, in developed and developing markets, in order for the MA business (product and services) to optimise their solutions and GTM to be relevant to the segment. The team's mission is therefore to identify opportunities to bundle, optimise or otherwise target existing products, services, collateral and other assets or GTM approaches on the FI segment, and in some instances, develop solutions to fill identified gaps.

The Financial Inclusion Consumer Products team delivers business results by i. capturing secular shift ii. defending share against APMs iii. being part of the MA response to DPI. The underbanked segment offers a commercial business opportunity to MA and our customers through driving healthy habitual usage of a range of products. The team has focused KPIs shared with Regional colleagues to deliver.

The successful candidate for the role of VP, FI Team Lead will work with key internal and external partners to identify commercially sustainable business opportunities, and bundle, optimize or develop products and services that support our Financial Inclusion strategy and deliver commercial returns to the business and our customers.
