Title and Summary

VP, Cardholder Services Commercialization - Product Management Overview
Global Cardholder Services builds and manages differentiated benefits that deliver Core CVP and grow Services revenues. The VP, Cardholder Services Commercialization plays a critical role on the global Cardholder Services team to lead go to market strategy, CVP development and drive benefits awareness and usage.
Role
This role will oversee a high performing team dedicated to bringing Cardholder Services benefits to market. The successful candidate will partner with key stakeholders across the Cardholder Services Program, Core Products, Regional Cardholder Services teams and our cross-functional enablement stakeholders to 1) create cardholder services sales and go to market strategies, 2) build compelling new benefits that enhance Core Products CVPs and 3) innovate on ways to drive benefits awareness and usage among consumers through our customers.
The successful candidate will have strong commercial mindset to ensure sales enablement, understanding customer journeys and providing the necessary tools to sell optional Cardholder Services benefits. A hunger for data and understanding consumer trends is critical as the leader will partner with Core and Commercial Products to identify CVP enhancements and negotiate best-in-class differentiated benefits with new providers. This leader will also have a marketing mindset to help identify and innovate on opportunities to bring awareness to benefits that drives usage among consumers and demand from customers.
About you
• Deep understanding of CVP drivers and Mastercard's revenue drivers in order to build business cases; helpful to have account management or business development experience
• Clear communicator with ability to deliver strong verbal and written messaging and influence through compelling narratives
• Collaborative partner with ability to seek input from cross-functional teams, synthesize needs of diverse stakeholders and optimize for the best outcome
• Customer-focused with ability to understand both customer and end consumer needs and represent both constituencies in go to market and new benefits development
• Comfort leading change, creating stakeholder alignment, escalating when necessary and owning decisions; ability to keep initiatives on track through influencing and leadership

Total Base Pay Range

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
