Vice President, Corporate Sales Lead About the RoleAre you ready to take corporate sales to the next level? We're on the lookout for a dynamic and strategic VP, Corporate Sales Lead to drive our Northern Europe corporate sales strategy across nine markets. This role is all about unlocking new growth opportunities, expanding Mastercard's footprint in the corporate sector, and delivering innovative payment solutions. You'll lead the charge in promoting Mastercard's flow value proposition, bringing cutting-edge products and services to corporate customers.
We're looking for someone who's not just a sales leader but a visionary—someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, is intellectually curious, analytical, and has the entrepreneurial mindset to push boundaries.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive corporate adoption for Mastercard's card-based payment solutions, A2A payments, and Open Banking, ensuring strong adoption across nine markets.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities to expand Mastercard's footprint among large corporate clients.
• Leverage data-driven insights to position Mastercard's offerings as the go-to payment solutions for corporate customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams including MPS, CSC, Services Sales, Marketing, and the full R&C team to build a robust go-to-market strategy for corporate solutions.
• Act as the local support of the R&C team and can be involved in strategic discussion as well as the most important strategic senior leadership discussions in the Netherlands.
• Represent the full R&C team in the Netherlands leadership team.
• Be the voice of R&C within the Netherlands leadership team
What you bring
• You have proven sales and partnership experience, with expertise in running sales cycles, establishing distribution channels through partnerships.
• You take a strategic, solution-oriented approach, identifying key challenges and turning them into opportunities.
• You are detail-driven, ensuring every requirement and timeline is clearly defined and executed.
• You are experienced in managing customer expectations on deliverables and milestones .
• You have experience leading and motivating matrixed teams, bringing people together to drive success.
• You take initiative, collaborate effortlessly, and inspire those around you.
