A critical part of Mastercard's success is its ability to provide educational and training services to customers on every aspect of the Payment Systems industry and Mastercard products, services, and operations. This service is provided via the Mastercard Academy program in the LAC Region.

This role is mainly responsible for managing a key pillar of the LAC Mastercard Academy program: the Academy on The Web service.

Role:
• Responsible for the Mastercard AOW management and end-to-end process: platform management, customer management, session topics assignment, new topics search, speakers' management, customer onboarding, session scheduling, session support, speakers feedback, AOW reports, and all other activities related to AOW.
• Support open courses calendar and management.
• Data analysis: AOW and open/customized courses data analysis and reports to inform the leadership decision process.
• Support to online and face-to-face courses: support during course sessions (host participants and support the trainers) when needed.
• Assist in the course planning and yearly calendar.
• Support events organization.

Skills/Qualifications:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Portuguese and English—Spanish as a plus) and the ability to effectively coordinate multiple external and internal resources to produce results in a highly dynamic environment.
• Training experience and training platform experience (LMS, LXP) needed.
• Excellent organizational skills, and someone who thrives in a multi-disciplinary/multi-tasking environment.
• Great interpersonal skills with the ability to act collaboratively across functions.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills.
• Strong proactive skills to identify and solve problems.
• Strong analytical, reporting and attention to detail/accuracy skills.
• Proven sense of urgency, resourceful and proactive.

Funções:

• Responsável pela gestão e processo end-to-end do Mastercard AOW: gestão da plataforma, gestão de clientes, atribuição de tópicos de sessão, busca de novos tópicos, gestão de palestrantes, integração de clientes, agendamento de sessões, suporte às sessões, feedback dos palestrantes, relatórios do AOW e todas as outras atividades relacionadas ao AOW.
• Apoiar e gerenciar o calendário de cursos abertos.
• Análise de dados do AOW e de cursos abertos/personalizados e preparação de relatórios para informar o processo de decisão da liderança.
• Suporte a cursos online e presenciais durante as sessões (receber participantes e apoiar os instrutores) quando necessário.
• Auxiliar no planejamento de cursos e no calendário anual.
• Apoiar a organização de eventos.

Habilidades/Qualificações:
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita (Português e Inglês - Espanhol como diferencial) e capacidade de coordenar efetivamente vários recursos externos e internos para produzir resultados em um ambiente altamente dinâmico.
• Experiência em treinamento e experiência com plataformas de treinamento (LMS, LXP) necessárias.
• Excelentes habilidades organizacionais e alguém que prospere em um ambiente multidisciplinar/multitarefa.
• Ótimas habilidades interpessoais com a capacidade de agir de forma colaborativa entre funções.
