As part of the Global Cardholder Services team, the Specialist will work across all functions of the Cardholder Services business who focuses on benefits and partnerships to enhance cardholder value and product differentiation. Will support the Commercialization team in driving revenue through go-to-market channel expansion, streamlined reporting and pricing processes, and driving increased benefit usage. They will be accountable for supporting the day-to-day management of executing Networks Sales opportunities including managing internal and external stakeholders and processes. This important position will leverage analytical skills to report on key performance indicators for CHS, track and report on benefit pricing structures, manage brand awareness campaigns and own data tied to new benefit deals.

The successful candidate will partner with key stakeholders across global and regional Cardholder Services teams, Core Payments, Sales, Finance and Network Sales to gather, aggregate and disseminate relevant information. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, flexible, energetic, eager to learn and highly motivated – and fantastic communication skills are essential for success!

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the expansion of go-to-market strategy by partnering with external suppliers and internal stakeholders to launch and expand our new channel strategy
• Support launch of new global benefits
• Oversees monthly reports on CHS impact, leveraging analytics and creating a comprehensive overview of findings and key takeaways
• Works across regions to maintain an updated view of benefit-level pricing structures
• Manage campaigns for benefits awareness and working with regions to report on results monthly to leadership, share best practices, and give feedback on strategic approach.
• Lead Search campaigns to drive revenue via Global Services, own budget, manage day-to-day interactions with the media agency and pilot new models to drive revenue from the Global Call Center.
• Manages data (identification, delivery) for business casing and other CHS needs (e.g. card volumes, etc.).
