Overview
The Global B2B Marketing Operations team is looking for a Specialist of Marketing Operations to support and scale lead gen. campaigns through technology and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is an experienced technical marketer with a track record of creative thinking to develop, execute, measure and optimize lead gen. campaigns.
The Global B2B Marketing Operations team is responsible for defining a best-in-class Lead Generation discipline and scaling it across business units and regions, including to the people, processes, content, technologies, and data.
Role
In this technical marketing role, you will:
• Manage creation of HTML email campaigns and templates, lead capture forms and landing pages in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
• Create target audience segmentation in SFMC to execute email campaigns
• Manage A/B testing of emails
• Create journeys to automate lead gen campaigns and manage lead routing
• Measure performance of campaigns to effectively communicate outcomes to stakeholders, and assist in the development of performance dashboards
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver campaign assets
• Ensure all marketing communications comply with legal standards and privacy regulations
All About You
The ideal candidate for this position should have:
• MBA (preferably) in marketing, communication or a related field
• 4+ years of marketing technology experience
• Hands-on experience in SFMC and Salesforce Sales Cloud. A certification is SFMC and experience in AEM is a plus
• Hands-on experience in HTML and CSS to build email templates
• Knowledge of data privacy standards/guidelines i.e., GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CPPA etc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Openness to work in the EMEA time shift i.e. 12:00pm to 9:00pm IST
