Services within Mastercard is responsible for acquiring, engaging, and retaining customers by managing fraud and risk, enhancing cybersecurity, and improving the digital payments experience. We provide value-added services and leverage expertise, data-driven insights, and execution.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a driven and innovative professional with mid-level experience and a passion for new product development. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, has a relentless curiosity to learn and discover, and demonstrates the drive to help take initiatives from concept to launch (0 to 1). In this role, you will explore emerging technologies, discover pain points, identify value propositions and contribute to the creation of groundbreaking products and services.

Major Accountabilities:
• Collaborates with SSO product and regional team to contribute to the development of new products and product enhancements, focusing on transformative innovations following the studio and leveraging Foundry processes/programs
• Takes ownership of assigned tasks in the product development lifecycle, including defining features, benefits, pricing, rules, and implementation guidelines.
• Collaborates closely with technology teams to translate product requirements into actionable technical specifications.
• Conducts market research to identify trends, competitive products, and emerging opportunities that inform product strategies.
• Supports product launches with a hands-on approach to implementation, communication, and stakeholder alignment.
• Develops and present reports on project progress, key insights, and next steps to internal and external stakeholders.

Education:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

Knowledge / Experience:
• Experience in product development, payments, financial services, or a related field.
• Familiarity with building products or platforms from ideation through implementation..

Skills / Abilities:
• Passion for learning, exploring, and experimenting with new concepts and technologies.
• Strong understanding of product development concepts and practices across the entire lifecycle.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively share ideas and insights.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and act on financial and market data.
• Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively across various organizational levels and with external partners.

Work Conditions:
• 10% domestic/international travel required.

Pay Ranges

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
