Senior Specialist, Product Delivery Overview

Customer Delivery Canada is part of the Global Customer Delivery and North American Markets organization and plays a critical role ensuring the flawless delivery of Mastercard products and solutions for our customers and internal teams.

We partner with global and regional business units to provide value through our innovation and expertise; whilst delivering customer solutions flawlessly. We make it happen!

The Product Delivery group works with the Product teams and all functional groups involved in the delivery chain in order to transform Mastercard delivery capabilities into a source of differentiation. Product Delivery builds repeatable and scalable delivery models for new and complex products, enables efficiency and quality of the in-market delivery teams

Role
The successful candidate will:

• Be responsible for scoping, planning and executing projects from initial definition to launch, effectively communicating project status driving multiple technical and non-technical teams as well as identifying and managing dependencies and risk.
• Partner with the product teams to support building a robust and repeatable product delivery model to deploy new solutions with our customers.
• Support our in-market delivery teams to deliver new and complex products and solutions flawlessly.
• Be responsible for the project management and delivery of those products/platforms and services; capturing lessons learned and best practices to constantly evolve Mastercard's delivery capability.
• Contribute to the definition and documentation of new processes and to the improvement of this documentation based on the collected market inputs
• Support end-to-end client and internal engagements.

All about You
• Proficient in project planning, organizing, team motivation, and delegation (Formal Project Management Skills/PMP a plus).
• Ability to quickly understand, assess, simplify and articulate complex business and technical challenges / solutions
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a structured and organized manner, while subject to conflicting priorities
• Goal-oriented and excellent time management skills
• Strong communication skills (oral and written)
• Experience in managing complex projects / programs and processes
• Comfortable with uncertainty, changing and fast paced environment
• Impactful influence. Knows how to persuade others in order to achieve goals
• Ability to come with creative ideas to improve current processes and products
• High degree of commitment, flexibility, self-motivation, self-confidence, assertiveness, high tolerance of ambiguity and ability to work with tight deadlines in an ever changing environment
• Effective Team leader or a team player that collaborates with others through teamwork
• Understanding of payment ecosystem and value chain
• Deployment experience with payments solutions is a plus
• Experience in Processor Conversions is a plus
