Title and Summary

Senior Specialist, Prepaid Strategy and Analytics Overview:

As part of North America Core Payments, the Prepaid Product Team is focused on driving net revenue and volume growth, strategy development, value proposition & product enhancements, digital transformation and sales enablement for Prepaid offerings.

The Senior Specialist will lead strategy development, analytics & operational excellence across prepaid holistically and for key segments.

This role requires critical alignment with our internal and external partners to ensure we are scaling best in class value propositions for Prepaid in North America, driving go to market strategy, and are addressing evolving customer needs.

ROLE

• Identify segment needs as we enhance solutions by understanding market trends, competitive intelligence, and evolving customer needs
• Performance management including analyzing customer and segment trends
• Develop segment strategy on B2B and commercial use cases within prepaid
• Partner with Account Teams, Global Product, Marketing & Communications to define and drive execution of go-to-market strategies.

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
