Overview:
The Decision Product Enablement (DPE) enables intelligent decision-based products through real time and near real time streaming analytics with the ability to govern these decisions and manage their outcomes with business agility at global scale to support Cyber Intelligence and prevent Fraud.
The Decision Administration team in DPE manages account range enrollments to Fraud Prevention Products.
We are looking for a Senior Software Test Engineer to join us on this amazing journey as we succeed on many tremendous opportunities ahead.

Role
• Work in a team of talented Test Engineers to test high-performance, high-volume Java decision processing applications
• Passionate about software development and testing, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an ability to drive and introduce improvements to our existing regression test coverage and strategy
• Work closely with architects, developers, analysts, and project managers
• Assist with support issues by troubleshooting incidents and problem tickets
• Write acceptance criteria tests for projects and execute on them
• Build out an automated test framework in conjunction with the Automation Test team as part of MasterCard's Continuous Delivery
• Own responsibility for end-to-end product quality including: defect management and oversight, status reporting and metrics creation, and escalation for issues discovered during the testing phase
• Participate in PoCs (Proof of Concept) and help the Department with selection of Vendor Solutions, Technologies, Methodologies and Frameworks.
• Participate in code reviews of co-worker's deliverables to ensure best practices
• Provide strong technical guidance to junior team members – lead with a technical vision

All About You
• Considerate, polite, fun-loving, collaborative
• Advanced Skills in Aspects of the System Test Life Cycle
• Experienced in Test Automation, API testing and debugging
• Good understanding of agile software development processes, ideally a knowledge of SAFe
• Competent with many of the following: XML, Java, Web Services, SOAP, REST, Python & Linux
• Expertise in team collaboration and bug tracking tools

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
