Overview
The Mobile Device Services Engineering team is looking for a Senior Mobile Device (MDM) Engineer to drive our customer experience strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.
Role
• Administration of Airwatch Mobile Device Management System, Mobile reCell, Calero and SentinelOne device protection systems. Offer and implement suggestions on improving security on mobile devices while maintaining the overall user experience.
• Relationship manager for US Carriers, Mobile reCell and Calero
• Manage the mobile refresh project globally
• Onboard new apps into the Omnissa application.
• Work with service owners and vendors to offer new services to Mastercard employees.
• Implement automation and monitoring solutions for the entire mobile ecosystem.
• Create training documentation, end-user communications and Intranet articles that communicate effectively to our end users.

• AirWatch\Workspace UEM\Omnissa Mobile Device Management experience
• Experience working with Carriers
• Look for complementary products or services that enhance end user experience
• Be skilled at explaining technical problems clearly
• Be a strong, confident, and exacting writer and speaker, able to communicate your vision and roadmap effectively to a wide variety of stakeholders
