The Finance Business Partner function manages all aspects of management reporting encompassing budgeting and forecasting, strategic and customer planning. This includes the management and execution of the corporate reporting and planning requirements. About Business Finance Center (BFC) BFC provides Finance expertise to the organization by compiling and analyzing metrics, identifying trends and problems, communicating information to relevant groups and recommending actions to improve financial performance. It works with business directly drive planning efforts, identify business drivers, and develop the bottom-up budget and forecast. It also helps business in standard, ad hoc reporting, and key performance indicators (KPIs) each period for the business and finance management and also helping to provide decision support to business teams as needed. We are a strong 100+ member team (finance professionals) based out of Gurgaon, India and now expanding into Bogota, Colombia

Job Title: Senior Analyst, Finance Business Partner (Loyalty and Marketing Services– Global Services) Role Overview:
•
The Loyalty and Marketing Services Finance team is responsible for end-to-end financial stewardship for the respective services line.
•
This role is primarily responsible for supporting the Global Loyalty and Marketing Services Finance Business Partners. Building up to participating in and eventually leading direct support of the business. Additionally, opportunities will exist to take on additional analysis and projects supporting the broader CAE Services Finance team.
Responsibilities
•
Creation of monthly reporting package for business leads, collating inputs from respective finance leads for Regions
•
Consolidating monthly loyalty Backlog reporting from Regions for hosting on DASH
•
Manage aspects of month end financial close (revenue recognition, expense) in partnership with the business, the Controllers and Global Business Shared Service (GBSC) teams.

Supporting monthly close including manual revenue recognition, accruals
•
Prepare monthly adjustments to reporting dashboard (DASH) for revenue recognized outside of SFDC
•
Track COGS spends by Region, ensuring correct Program tagging on PO's
•
Conduct monthly close reviewing detailed revenue and expense accounts vs forecast; including preparing variance explanations vs forecast/budget each month
•
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements to enhance financial performance and support in maintaining a strong control environment.
•
Partner with business to address all financial needs including tracking of performance and insuring data integrity of reporting.
•
Support development and execution of strategic initiatives for the business.
•
Run point for ad hoc requests from business teams and collaborate to improve understanding of financial processes (billing, vendor management) within the team
•
Driving automation of BAU reports
Qualification and Skills
• Educational qualification – A Bachelor's degree with a major in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (MBA), CA (preferred)
• Previous experience in Finance roles is required.
• An ideal candidate for this role is a highly analytical and fast-paced professional with advanced knowledge in financial planning and management, strong business acumen, expertise in Business Intelligence tools and financial systems like Hyperion and Oracle, proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint)
• Experience identifying and implementing process improvement activities; makes recommendations to further improve procedures.
• Experience with Advanced Excel, Power BI and Alteryx is a plus.
• A team-player with the ability to communicate effectively and develop solid working relationships across multiple levels and organizational boundaries.
• Initiative-taking with a proven record of delivering success while operating in a team environment.
• Maturity to challenge ideas and balance opportunities and threats
