Title and Summary

Senior Analyst, B2B marketing Overview:

B2B Marketing Senior Analyst, Mastercard Transaction Services (MTS) and The Mastercard Move Partner Program will lead the Mastercard Move Partner Marketing Program and support Mastercard Transaction Services (MTS). She/he will be responsible for supporting our banking as a service (BAAS) and core banking platforms (CBP) segment including but not limited to executing sales enablement materials and lead generation campaign development and execution. They will also support MTS in executing our marketing obligations associated to our regulated payment activities (XBS). This includes creating and maintaining guidelines, our licensing page and communicating of these requirements to regional product marketing leads. Additionally, this person will work across stakeholders including global product, regulatory affairs, legal, regional product marketing, marketing operations and media and creative agencies to ensure campaigns and are executed to global marketing standards.

Role
• Develop and lead awareness and lead generation campaigns for the Mastercard Move portfolio including but not limited to media planning and reporting, creative and keyword development and lead tracking and reporting.
• Owns event strategy, planning and execution including but not limited to messaging development, creative, logistics, compliance.
• Develop and maintain competitive review including messaging, visual identity to help inform creative strategy.
• Partner closely across stakeholders including global product, legal, marketing operations, regional product marketing, event leads and media and creative agencies.
• Capture reporting metrics, learnings and success stories to inform the development of global best practices
• Ensure all content and creative execution lines up with Mastercard brand standards
• Maintain budget responsibilities for specific marketing programs

About You
• Considerable experience (3-5 years), particularly in B2B and product marketing
• You have excellent communication and persuasion skills, with a keen ability to effectively communicate strategies, and measure & report on progress to peers and leaders alike, to gain buy-in
• You're a leader and strategic thinker who understands how to appeal to different personas, with a background that demonstrates successful outcomes within the scope of work you have developed and executed.
• You're a great storyteller. You enjoy developing content that is purposeful and succinct, even when dealing with complex subjects, and you have strong experience and skill in writing clear and effective communications, avoiding fluff and jargon.
• You're creative, with demonstrable experience understanding complex business concepts and interpreting them in a clear and compelling way.
• You have experience developing creative briefs and strategic plans that provide clear direction, deadlines and deliverables to team members
• You love to collaborate. You are comfortable working cross-functionally with other diverse team leads to gain the knowledge needed to inform your strategies and identify opportunities.
• You have strong project management skills and with experience managing multiple projects and priorities at once — from individual / team goals to external requests and deadlines.
• You're comfortable with ambiguity and working in a fast-past environment where you may be called on to define the path and make informed judgements.
• You're curious and eager to learn about emerging B2B marketing trends and able to bring new ideas to the table to help engage and inspire.
• You're a quick study, intellectually agile, and able to rapidly come up to speed on the market landscape, the technology and the competitors across a diverse, dynamic industry
• You're motivated and self-driven, able to manage complex/multi-geography projects with a discipline for priority-setting and follow-through.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA a plus
• Preferred: Expertise in payment industry, merchant or acquirer, payment facilitator, fintech companies, and developers. In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
