As an Associate Sales Analyst Intern, you will:
• Use analytical and problem-solving skills to provide analyses and solutions that satisfy business needs and inform strategy development
• Leverage data tools to develop revenue and expense benchmarks and performance trends
• Assist with creating sales presentations, proposals and internal business case development
• Work collaboratively across various internal teams to support a variety of business initiatives

The Mastercard internship program in Poland is a comprehensive journey where students will gain hands on real work-life skills while having fun and contributing to a global company. As an intern, you will be challenged with completing projects that will enhance your skills as well as contribute to the department's goals and objectives. You will have six-month internship starting on February, and based on performance evaluations and future opportunities, you may have the chance to extend your internship and transition into a full-time Launch role starting in September.

All About You
• Undergraduate or master's degree with a target graduation date between June 2025 - August 2025
• Be able to start on 3rd of February (at least 3 days a week from the office in Warsaw)
• Outstanding record of academic achievement
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, PPT)
• High energy level; flexible, adaptive and strong collaborator
• Well planned, organized & structured to manage time & work effectively
