Risk Analyst, Launch Graduate Program 2025 – London, UK Mastercard Launch
Mastercard Launch is an 18-month global development program providing recent graduates with opportunities and exposure. You will not only enhance your professional growth and skills in a global setting, you'll launch your Mastercard career.

For 2025, we have the following Graduate Launch positions in Risk:

Associate Analyst, Risk Management
Responsible for managing risks to the company, its customers, shareholders, employees, and assets. Strives to identify and mitigate potential risk (e.g. strategic, financial, operational, legal/ regulatory, brand/ reputation) to the company and provides risk management analysis, support, coordination, and oversight across the company.

Technology Risk Analyst I
Monitors technology risk and compliance, and develops, delivers, maintains and monitors IT policies, standards, and best practices. Oversees compliance and the implementation of design (up-to-date standard operating procedures) and operational (testing the validity of procedures periodically) effectiveness.

What you'll need
- To be available for start from 1st September 2025
- To be a Final Year Masters/Undergraduate Student or to have graduated no earlier than September 2024
- Clear interest and ambition to work in Risk Management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong strategic and conceptual aptitude
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects concurrently
- High-energy, can-do attitude, very strong sense of ownership and desire to succeed with commensurate analytical, technical, and strategic skills
