Title and Summary
Research Manager All About the RoleAdvisors Research Center (ARC) is a new and rapidly growing capability designed to respond to fast evolving customer needs for high-quality research support, with the important mission of value realization in developing insights and recommendations. We are looking for a talented, experienced market researcher for the Nordic & Baltic team based out of Stockholm. The role involves:
Working with internal and external stakeholders to scope and design research engagements as part of both standalone and cross-disciplinary projects
Supervising international teams and third parties to deliver high quality, impactful results at pace and cost-effectively
Representing ARC regionally, in both internal and external meetings, via written communications and presentations.
All About You
You have 10+ years' hands-on experience in primary research (quantitative techniques including survey design and analysis and/or qualitative research including designing and facilitating in-depth interviews, focus groups, online forums etc.). Ideally with some experience of research in financial, digital technology or related industries.
Ability to synthesize and analyze information from multiple sources to prepare insightful presentations
Experience of using qualitative/quantitative research tools would be an advantage
Strong at business writing and creating client-ready materials
Excellent communication skills
All About Your Education & Skills
Degree-level is minimum, relevant Masters' degree is desirable.
Relevant working experience across a range of research projects
Fluent local office language and English required, other languages desirable
Advanced PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills required
