Title and Summary
Project Manager II • Responsibilities:Plan, coordinate and execute employee engagement activities across the tech hub, creating a ‘great place to work environment'
o Project manage sponsorships as needed.Execute deliverables, engage cross functional teams, build out presence and manage overall employee participation
o Coordinate CSR requests and manage the internal and external donation process
o Manage all internal champion committees, driving employee & community engagement activities, campaigns, drives and events
o Planning, coordination, and status reporting of Tech Hub project-oriented work efforts
o Ensure that project goals and objectives are defined and met within agreed upon time, scope, and resource requirements
o Work with stakeholders across the organization to ensure collaboration, implementation, and timeliness of project deliverables
o Provides general project management assistance, as needed
• Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree with experience in Project Management, Communications, related field, or equivalent experience
•Experience in community affairs, public relations, or related experience.
• PMP/PMI certification or solid PM experience recommended; able to manage competing priorities
• Excellent prioritization skills and ability to determine when and how to escalate issues
• Strong judgment, critical thinking skills, influence, leadership, and integrity
• Demonstrated ability to establish trust and work inclusively and effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Knowledge and familiarity of local community, social and STEM issues
• Must be flexible and able to work a fluid environment
