Title and Summary

Product Readiness & Advisory Senior Specialist Cross-Border Services focuses on new payment flows to consumers, including cross-border Person-to-Person (P2P) payments, Business-to-Business (B2B), and Government Disbursements, and Remittances.

Cross -Border Services leads the development and deployment of MasterCard Cross-Border payment products and services to the market and holds direct accountability for the end-to-end customer experience, managing the product life cycle, developing new features, use cases and target segments for the product. This includes dynamic consultation and management of both business and technical facets for Product Management and leading both internal and external partners towards successful execution.

The Product Readiness & Advisory Senior Specialist, supports the Product Advisory team as a bridge between Global Product and regional stakeholders, driving feature understanding, roadmap transparency, and open dialogue. This role will report into the Vice President, Product Readiness and Advisory

Responsibilities
•Support the Product Advisory team in driving product and feature understanding across all stakeholders in the regions
•Construct product roadmap views tied to the value features drive for the regions
•Advocate for regional priorities across all product elements
•Assist regions in client pitches, RFPs, and general conversations

All About you;
•3-5 years of experience in Account to Accounts Payments
•Experience in a consulting environment would be a plus
•Understanding of various payment types and schemes
•Clear understanding of Foreign Exchange dynamics
•Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
•Strong sense of curiosity
