Product Management Specialist, Mastercard Offers Job Description Summary

Mastercard Loyalty Solutions is the world's largest loyalty company, a service division within Mastercard that provides reward programs, offers, and benefits to both financial institutions and merchants. We manage over 600 million accounts on our loyalty systems, serving over 2,000 global clients. We offer an end-to-end outsourced service and are at the forefront of next-generation loyalty solutions, including Merchant Offers, Pay with Points, Promotions, and more. Our global team consists of 900 loyalty specialists working across the world, leading the integration of loyalty with payments.

The Offers Team is focused on driving revenue through our proprietary platform and merchant network. We are on a transformational journey, with ambitious goals and currently seeking a Product Management Specialist to join our Product Enablement team to contribute to a high growth global product. The Specialist will focus on maintaining a seamless CX journey through our Offers presentment channels for our global customers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in product management and delivering on sales objectives.


Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day maintenance and monitoring of existing Offers presentment channels, performance, and site analytics

Coordinate with internal global offers team and regions to align on offer presentment roadmaps and possible enhancements.

Support managing tasks related to implementing new websites for new clients and market opportunities

Work cross-functionally across offers organization: Product Enablement, Product Development, Commercialization, and Engineering Teams and partner with broader support operational teams such as Product Operations, CIS, and Business Operations as needed to deploy new websites

Liaise with Regional Product teams on channel maintenance, enhancements, translations, and key performance indicators on health and success

Partner with third party vendors to manage AI translations, image sourcing, and creative assets for marketing campaigns

Strategy support for future of presentment and outlook on the competitive landscape

Lead budget activities tied to offer presentment management

Total Base Pay Range

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
