Product Commercialization Manager, Authorization Global Product Commercialization Manager (Authorization)MasterCard Data & Services enables customers across industries and geographies to make smarter decisions and reach better outcomes with a tailored portfolio of solutions beyond the transaction.

We are looking for a seasoned product manager within the Operational Insights Program Global Commercial Product Management team to play a key role in the commercialization/go-to-market strategy for its products. This person will be part of a team of product managers and drive key activities including development of the go-to-market strategy, defining the product value proposition and pricing, create sales and delivery materials and play a key role in sales and delivery enablement.
This individual will partner closely with other members of the Global Product Management technical team to ensure product strategy, roadmap and vision is aligned with the go-to-market strategy and product business priorities.

Role
• Act as an expert, advocate, and champion for OI program products, driving customer engagement and adoption.
• Collaborate with the global product management team, providing data-driven insights to shape strategic business plans and product roadmaps.
• Maintain the day-to-day client relationship
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams to drive product sales, monitor usage, and support continuous enhancement.
• Develop and execute the product business strategy, including customer segmentation, pricing, sales, and marketing initiatives.
• Engage with customers to capture feedback (VOC, NPS) and identify opportunities for continuous product improvement.
• Manage the product P&L, contributing to forecasting, budgeting, and revenue optimization through cross-selling and upselling.
• Measure and optimize product usage KPIs—tracking enrollees, active users, and engagement frequency.
• Support the customer lifecycle strategy, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and increasing lifetime value.
• Lead the rollout of new solutions/features for emerging segments (e.g., fintechs), use cases (e.g., real-time alerts), and networks (e.g., open banking etc).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to align on product goals and ensure customer success.
All about you
• Product management experience, particularly in analytical products and business intelligence solutions.
• Experience in client facing role in payments, financial services or strategy consulting is preferred
• Proven ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies and revenue optimization tactics.
• Strong problem-solving and strategic mindset to tackle complex and ambiguous challenges.
• Ability to analyze competitive offerings and industry trends in self-service analytics and translate them into meaningful actions.
• Strong project management skills, handling multiple and competing priorities effectively.
• Experience managing end-to-end execution of initiatives in cross-functional environments.
• Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to articulate problem statements and drive alignment with stakeholders.
• Understanding of authorization, authentication, and clearing processes in payments. (Nice to have)
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and navigate global business environments.
