Mastercard Summer Internship Program
The Mastercard Summer Internship Program is a comprehensive program where students will gain hands on real work-life skills while having fun and contributing to a global company. As an intern, you will be challenged with completing projects that will enhance your skills as well as contribute to the department's goals and objectives.

What you'll do
There are Summer Intern opportunities in Business Development and Customer Solutions teams for 2025. Please highlight if you have a particular preference in your CV, otherwise based on your profile you would be matched to the role seen to best align with your skillset:

Business Development
Assists with the development of a sales pipeline in coordination with product development and account management teams
Helps prepare for and participates in conversations with key decision makers about product opportunities
Analyses customers' existing business through profitability modelling, financial forecasting and competitive analysis
Supports existing business development relationships (e.g., government, regulators, industry bodies)

Customer Solutions
Customer Solutions across Mastercard, lead the product solutioning for prioritized customer segments in markets. Responsible creating and selling compelling data-driven, scalable and needs-based solutions to new and existing customers by tapping into Mastercard's extensive suite of products and services offerings. What you'll need
• Undergraduate or master's degree with an expected graduation date between November 2025-June 2026
• Outstanding record of academic achievement
• Innovative thinking and thoughtful risk-taking.
• Ability to partner across the organization.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing – in English and Arabic
• This internship will be running from June 2025, till end of August 2025. Applicants must be fully available for the full duration of this period.

This role is not eligible for Mastercard's work authorization sponsorship. As such, candidates must be eligible to work in Egypt, now as well as in the future, without employer sponsorship.
