Manager - US Fintech & Portfolio Optimization Overview
You have a strong technical commitment, are passionate about innovation and have experience in various elements of the new product development process. Mastercard's US Digital Transformation team partners across the region, product & service and functional teams to deliver customer first strategy and enablement, engage fintech's
The focus of this role will be to focus on the Fintech segment in close partnership with Global Digital Transformation team:
- Report to the VP, Fintech & Portfolio Optimization with the US Digital Transformation Team, on enhancing the established Fintech strategy in partnership with cross-functional and customer facing teams
- Project manage identified operational improvements for working with fintech's including participating in cross-functional collaboration to achieve portfolio optimization across core US products
- Create internal and external facing marketing materials

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy learning and diving into product flows, thinking strategically, working cross-functionally and solving complex problems.
The role requires passion, creativity, using your network to achieve goals, cross-functional presence, and the ability to cut through a lot of information and find actionable and impactful outputs.

This is a permanent, full-time position.

Role
• Become an expert in Fintech needs and how MA should engage with this segment
• Cross-functional role working on positioning Mastercard as a great partner for FinTech's
• Diving into our current product capabilities to identify areas to optimize portfolio metric in partnership with the global digital transformation team
• Project management of strategy and process improvement
• Support Building the segment narrative

• Ability to solve complex issues with easy-to-understand solutions
• Ability to understand new Fintech segments and use cases to package the right solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively communicate across with different levels and across various functions including global, regional and market teams
• Strong understanding of fintech sub-segments
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in product management and development, with a proven track record of creating and delivering successful products
• Strong technical commitment and passion for innovation and product development with the ability to translate user requirements into requirements specifications

• Project management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and an ability to develop compelling narratives / storylines
Strong presentation skills to make complex services easy to understand
Customer-oriented and driven by solving the customer's challenges
Attention to details to ensure flawless execution and development
Proven ability to collaborate with others and handle many stakeholders in a diplomatic way
Passion for fintech, IT, banking and finance, product development.
