Title and Summary

Manager, Product Management (Digital) Overview
The Global Digital Payments team is looking for a highly analytical and strategic Product Manager with a strong data-driven mindset to support Mastercard's Digital Payments strategy globally.
In this role, you will be responsible for market and competitive analysis, opportunity sizing, customer economics, and driving initiatives to scale Digital Payments across the payments ecosystem. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including regional stakeholders and customer-facing teams to unlock growth opportunities and drive product adoption.

Role
• Develop data-driven go-to-market strategies that align with business objectives, optimize product-market fit, and maximize revenue potential.
• Analyse market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer behaviour to drive strategic decision-making.
• Conduct statistical analysis and segmentation to identify new opportunities for product expansion.
• Monitor product performance, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with regional and go to market teams to implement enhancements.
• Lead product innovation initiatives, including idea generation, concept validation, business case development, and financial modelling.
• Identify potential challenges in achieving product performance goals and propose actionable solutions.
• Act as a subject matter expert for Digital Payments, supporting regional teams and key global accounts.
• Evaluate the commercial viability of products across different regions, channels, and industry verticals.
• Leverage data from Excel Cubes, Tableau, Power BI, and other analytics tools to generate insights and support strategic initiatives.

About You
• Experience in consulting and analytics with strong business acumen and strategic thinking
• Proven ability to develop data-driven strategies, insights, and recommendations that were adopted by senior leadership
• Strong analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving abilities
• Skilled in working with large datasets to extract key insights, identify trends, and uncover opportunities
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Interest in leaning SQL and Phyton
• Ability to understand complex technical concepts, business needs, competitive landscapes, and industry trends to develop practical solutions
• Excellent verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting, influencing, and negotiating with diverse audiences
• Highly organized self-starter with a strong work ethic, able to work independently and collaboratively while maintaining high standards
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams across multiple geographies
• Comfortable navigating uncertainty in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge and experience working with payment service providers, commerce platforms, mobile payments, and EMV standards is a plus

Work Conditions
Hybrid Policy: Average 3 days per week in the office
