Title and Summary
Manager, Product Management The Services team and solutions fuel growth for partners globally by providing cutting edge services in the areas of Customer Acquisition and Engagement, Security Solutions, Business and Market Insights, and Open Banking. Focused on thinking big and scaling fast, our agile sales team is responsible for end-to-end solutions for a diverse global customer base including retailers, airlines, hotels, tourism agencies, public sector entities, restaurants, consumer goods and telecom companies.Ethoca Consumer Clarity (“Clarity”) changes the dialogue creating a rich environment for issuers and merchants to engage cardholders post transaction reducing frustration and driving repeat spend. Ethoca Alerts enables merchants to quickly respond to potential chargebacks by stopping order fulfillment, refunding the purchase, and effectively stopping the need for chargebacks altogether.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Owner to join our team and work closely with 1-2 development teams to tactically deliver key objectives and initiatives. This role requires someone who is highly organized, experienced in managing both internal and customer-facing servicing tools, and skilled at collaborating across cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
About the Job:
-Own and prioritize the product backlog, collaborating closely with development teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of product features.
-Translate business objectives and customer needs into actionable user stories and requirements.
-Work closely with both internal stakeholders and external clients to gather, understand, and document requirements for servicing tools and platforms.
-Craft and present clear and compelling business cases to stakeholders to secure buy-in and prioritize work within a competitive environment
-Utilize Jira and Confluence to manage workflows, document requirements, track progress, and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams.
-Collaborate with development teams to ensure user stories are well-defined, acceptance criteria are clear, and deliverables meet business needs.
-Serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders, developers, and end-users to ensure alignment on priorities and expectations.
-Regularly assess and communicate project progress, risks, and opportunities to leadership and key stakeholders.
-Actively participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
All About You:
-Proven experience as a Product Owner similar role, preferably with experience working with both customer-facing and internal-facing servicing tools.
-Familiarity with product development cycles in agile frameworks - Strong proficiency in Jira and Confluence for managing and tracking product development workflows.
-Experience writing and presenting clear, data-driven business cases to prioritize features and align teams on competing priorities.
-Ability to translate high-level business goals into detailed functional requirements and manage competing stakeholder demands.
-Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and how to effectively work with development teams to drive execution.
-Experience working in cross-functional teams, particularly collaborating with developers, UX/UI designers, and business stakeholders.
-Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage both technical and non-technical audiences.
-A problem-solver mindset with a focus on delivering value to the business and end-users.
-Experience in customer service or servicing platforms is a plus.
-Experience helping customers integrate with software products and managing product-related inquiries.
