Title and Summary

Manager, Product Management OVERVIEW

The Security Solutions Organization's primary objective is to make Mastercard the safest, simplest, and smartest way to pay by developing products and services to protect our network, reduce fraud and offer our customers the right solutions to advance on digital security and enhance the cardholder experience.

The right candidate will establish and maintain effective working relationships with market development, customer success, regional, divisional and market stakeholders as well as key customers and other external stakeholders, taking an active role in supporting product and project management activities in one of the fastest growing Safety and Security areas across the LAC region.

ROLE
Essential functions and responsibilities of the experienced professional for the Security Solutions role include:
• Support Product Management functions including research & analysis, completing product documentation, product readiness assessments and taking products through the Studio process for successful product launch.
• Work with Finance, Global and Division teams in Product-focused financial planning & analysis including variance analysis, product/market/account analysis, risks & opportunities.
• Support Strategy formulation initiatives including regional product line strategies and go-to-market.
• Conduct research and impact analysis to support new pricing initiatives

ALL ABOUT YOU
• Experience in Fraud Prevention or Fraud Detection
• Strong analytical skills - ability to identify issues before they develop into problems and to proactively resolve issues directly or through escalation to appropriate partners/stakeholders.
• Strong team player - ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a team environment.
• Disciplined approach to tracking and reporting.
• Excellent organizational skills; project delivery and project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree or MBA a plus.
• Prior experience at an issuing bank, processor, vendor, or card brand in the electronic payments industry, with solid understanding of the card payments industry (players, operational model, drivers).
• Position may require some travel.
• English required, Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
