The Security Solutions (SSO) team is responsible for managing world-class risk, fraud, cyber security, and authentication products and services in the AP. The products we support help protect the integrity of the electronic payment system as well as ensure payments and interactions are simple, safe and secure in the digital and physical world. The solutions are primarily focused on fraud prevention, artificial intelligence, risk mitigation, authentication, identity, biometrics and dispute resolution including Mastercard's latest acquisitions.
The role will jointly focus on product management responsibilities along with additional responsibilities in launching and supporting the SSO consulting program working closely with the Services group. Under product management, this role will primarily be managing existing and new products as well as data sharing programs that is being planned to be introduced in 2025 and beyond.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Join the regional team as a manager and be a product point of contact for the payment verification and Authentication products and broader market strategy for the verification business.
• Supports the growth and development of and execution of go-to-market for payment and identity verification services for AP.
• Supports development of and execution of go-to-market for several Authentication, Identity solutions and other Mastercard Security Solutions that secure account opening, card-on-file, e-commerce transactions and other strategic digital use cases.
• Responsible for working with Mastercard SBLs and specialist teams to establish integrated plans across prioritized markets and segments for SSO products.

Accountable for ensuring that established revenue targets are met for the SSO products and services.
• Works with Mastercard customer success teams to ensure customers are realizing value of services.
• Works closely on SSO consulting program along with Services BDs, regional product teams, SBLs, expert sales to coordinate market facing bundles while managing and monitoring progress of opportunity pipelines.
• Captures customer feedback on product and emerging needs and communicates feedback to regional and global Payment and Identity Verification product teams.
All About You
• Demonstrated consistent success working with partners across other functions in support of product go-to market strategies.
• Analytical, problem solver with solid understanding of competitive offering, industry trends and the acceptance value chain and its constituents.
• Have eight plus years of experience in product management and/or solution engineering roles with domain knowledge in payments highly preferred
• Be trained in product management methodologies and will be experienced in communicating with product managers, technical architects, business analysts and engineers to deliver new solutions.
• Strong communications and presentation skills, including the ability to work with people across a matrix organization at all levels.
• Create trust and value while building enduring relationships. Identify and secure executive sponsorship to solidify business relationships and opportunities
• Strategize and prioritize Go-To-Market strategies and help drive market penetration and revenue growth. Proven track record selling technology solutions directly and through partner channels.
• Proven people management and employee development experience; Results driven, deadline- focused.
• Self-starter and quick learner with ability to work independently and through ambiguity.
