Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic digital product manager to drive the development, commercialization, and growth of Mastercard's digital product suite in West Africa. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading initiatives across key digital payment solutions, including Click to Pay, Tokenization, XPAY, Mastercard Digital Enablement Service (MDES), Passkey, Secure Card on File, Digital Cards, and other emerging digital payment innovations. This role will involve close collaboration with internal teams, external partners, financial institutions, fintechs, and regulatory bodies to expand the adoption of Mastercard's digital capabilities in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute the strategy for Mastercard's digital payment solutions, ensuring alignment with regional business priorities and market needs.
Click to Pay: Lead the rollout and adoption of Click to Pay (C2P) solutions, enabling seamless and secure digital transactions for consumers and businesses.
Tokenization & MDES: Drive the implementation and expansion of tokenization and MDES to enhance security and increase digital payment adoption.
XPAY Enablement: Support the integration of Mastercard's solutions into XPAY, ensuring seamless, secure, and innovative payment experiences.
Passkey & Authentication Solutions: Promote the adoption of Passkey and other authentication solutions to enhance security and user convenience in digital transactions.
Digital Cards: Oversee the deployment and adoption of digital-first card solutions, enabling issuers and fintechs to provide seamless virtual card experiences.
Market & Partner Engagement: Collaborate with banks, fintechs, merchants, and regulatory bodies to drive awareness, partnerships, and adoption of Mastercard's digital products.
Regulatory & Compliance Alignment: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that digital products meet regulatory requirements across the West Africa region.
Go-To-Market Execution: Develop and implement go-to-market plans for digital products, including value proposition definition, commercialization strategies, and customer engagement.
Innovation & Competitive Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, assess competitive offerings, and drive innovation to maintain Mastercard's leadership in digital payments.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in digital payments, fintech, banking, or financial services.
- Strong understanding of digital payments ecosystem, tokenization, mobile wallets, and authentication solutions.
- Proven track record in product management, business development, or digital transformation within financial services.
- Experience working with financial institutions, fintechs, and regulators in West Africa.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
