Hunter Sales Loyalty Solutions Manager

1. Overview
As a Manager, Specialist Sales you will be responsible for generating new loyalty platform sales in strategic markets in Brazil.

2. Role
 Individual contributor that will hunt new platform deals for Issuers and Merchants offering Mastercard Loyalty Solutions
 Leverage Loyalty Solutions to generate user pay deals and contribute to create awareness of Mastercard loyalty products in Brazilian market.
 Build and develop an active pipeline, ultimately progressing to signed platform deals
 Articulate the benefits of bundling our Loyalty Solutions products with other Mastercard Customer and Engagement products (Consulting, Marketing Services, Personalization platform, Test & Learn platform, etc.. )

3. All about You/Experience

 Strong sales experience, hunting new logos for B2B sales
 Team player who identifies closely with, and is passionately committed to, the achievement of the Company's overall mission
 Strong communication and influencing skills, should be a compelling presenter to senior client audiences and able to influence large deals
Ability to seamlessly partner across our multiple internal sales, product management, program management and finance teams.
 Excellent problem solving and analytics skills and should be able to go head to head with internal stakeholders and customers alike with fact-based thinking
 Strong networking and relationship-building skills. Ability to navigate Mastercard's internal organization to accelerate collaboration and influence on matrix reporting frameworks

Experience Required
 Proven sales experience (+5 years)
 Platform sales experience | Loyalty /CRM experience | Payments industry knowledge

Language: Portuguese and English fluent is mandatory. Spanish is a plus.
