Services within Mastercard is responsible for acquiring, engaging, and retaining customers by managing fraud and risk, enhancing cybersecurity, and improving the digital payments experience. We provide value-added services and leverage expertise, data-driven insights, and execution.

Overview:

Mastercard Loyalty Solutions is the world's largest loyalty company, a service division within Mastercard that provides reward programs, offers, and benefits to both financial institutions and merchants. We manage over 600 million accounts on our loyalty systems, serving over 2,000 global clients. We offer an end-to-end outsourced service and are at the forefront of next-generation loyalty solutions, including Merchant Offers, Pay with Points, Promotions, and more. Our global team consists of 900 loyalty specialists working across the world, leading the integration of loyalty with payments.

Offers is focused on driving revenue through our proprietary platform and merchant network. We are on a transformational journey, with ambitious goals and currently seeking a Sales Specialists to manage our Global Merchant Aggregator partnerships. The Sales Specialist will focus on ensuring ongoing delivery of relevant content and global coverage for existing customers and prospects. The ideal candidate will have experience managing partnerships and delivering on sales objectives.

Role & Responsibilities

•Manage and grow global merchant aggregator partnerships.
•Ensure partnerships deliver quality content that is aligned with regional needs and product roadmap.
•Monitor and report on program KPIs as well as track aggregator performance to ensure quality, recommend necessary changes.
•Track and manage aggregator billing to budget.
•Manage aggregator onboarding, contracts, and compliance.
•Work cross functionally with regions, sourcing leads, internal and external stakeholders.
•Identify needs and manage roadmap for key tech partnership integrations.

All About You

•You bring a solid background in business development, demonstrating your ability to engage with diverse stakeholders and successfully navigate complex partnership dynamics. Your strategic mindset enables you to create and seize opportunities that drive business growth.
•The ideal candidate will have experience in managing partnerships and be familiar with card-linked offers, affiliate programs, and ad sales.
•Strong communication and commercial abilities, both written and verbal, with the capacity to foster positive relationships with internal and external partners at all levels.
•Proven ability to be highly organized, prioritize with a persistent and urgent approach to tasks.
•You are highly skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with a particular focus on leveraging Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for creating compelling presentations.
•Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
•Looking for a self-starter who is process oriented.
•Bachelor's degree is required for this position ensuring you have the foundational knowledge and academic discipline to succeed in this challenging and rewarding role.

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
