Bringing together our unique and proprietary data, technology, insights and expertise into a single organization, Services relentlessly focuses on meeting the needs of our customers and is a key differentiator for Mastercard driving our business growth.

Security Solutions is part of the Services organisation and is responsible for Mastercard's safety and security related products and solutions (product) management efforts to protect the integrity of the payment eco-system.

This role will be an expert for Security Solutions portfolio in the West Arabia division to drive market enablement and support sales as well as acting as key interface with regional product teams to ensure an effective feedback loop.

This role will report to the EEMEA Head of Security Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Building and executing cluster strategy and narrative
Build overall understanding of Security Solutions offerings and broader Mastercard products and services to leverage synergies within the organization to maximize value delivered to customers
Division revenue ownership (identifying new initiatives, addressing gaps, alignment with market leadership, etc.)
Product pricing socialization support, business case development, and in some instances financial modeling and planning for the Division.
Market Development: Identifying & onboarding customer/vendor/partner relationships
Develop regional go-to-market strategies and leads execution to ensure maximum penetration of product and value delivered to customers.
Cross functional alignment in markets for product GTM (trainings, finance, legal, market teams, etc.)
Liaison between support and customers
Share information on latest customer needs and opportunities as well as relevant market intelligence including regulatory changes, pricing needs, affordability etc. with the regional product teams to drive smart solutioning internally within MA

All About You:
Extensive understanding of the payments market, trends, and opportunities, with an experience in payments security is an added advantage
Proven track record of delivering solutions-oriented results, engaging with large customers and regulators
Excellent ability to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to influence and motivate others to achieve objectives. Experience managing alignment with complex cross-functional teams
Growth mindset, comfortable navigating in rapidly changing environments. Acts with a sense of urgency
Experience working in an international and matrix environment is highly desirable.
Strong written, presentation and verbal communications skills.
Ability to travel as required
Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Undergraduate degree required; MBA or relevant post-graduate degree is a plus.
