Title and Summary
Director, Products and Solutions OverviewMastercard's Innovation & Customer Solutions team is part of Asia Pacific Product & Innovation organization, focused on bringing the best and most relevant technologies, solutions, and innovations to our customers across the region. Our proven digital and innovation capabilities enable us to generate new breakthrough success for our customers by combining a variety of capabilities and fast-tracking the in-market deployment of these solutions.
As the Director, Digital Products Greater China, you are respondible to drive the development of Mastercard's holistic, cross-functional product and innovation narrative that uniquely positions Mastercard as the innovative thought leader. and create sales collateral and narratives, pricing, legal agreements and combined implementation and user guides across Greater China division.
Role
• Manage and execute go-to-market strategy and plan for payment tokenization-related products, taking into account specific market conditions, legal, franchise and regulatory constraints
• Function as subject matter expert of instalment and payment tokenization-related products for customers and Mastercard teams
• Take ownership of the product management of specific products or features life-cycle from product readiness, product introduction, sales support, deployment, to operation support
• Connect with market teams and industry players to map payment landscape and to identify new business opportunities
• Provide solution for market needs and customer requirements related to instalment and payment credential management
• Work with Global team to capture global trends and latest product updates, and to implement market requirements
• Create and execute specific program, plan and initiatives according to the intended strategy
• Leverage data analytics to obtain insights and apply the insights for product, process and payment transaction improvement
• Translate business need into data analytic requirement, get the associated data to get insights, and present insights in business language
All About You
• 10+ year work experience in financial services industry. In-depth knowledge and experience in credit / debit card product management and P&L management experience is essential.
• Experience executing and developing digital products including tokenization, instalment, contactless and QR solutions in complex environments. Strategy and business development experience is highly preferred.
• Strong analytics capabilities – demonstrated ability in utilizing internal and external data to manage performance and provide insights. Attention to detail is a must.
• Demonstrated ability to assess business needs, identify solutions and form solid analytical capabilities to deliver on business objectives.
• Highly-motivated self-starter with the flexibility to perform both tactical work and strategy-related work.
• Interpersonal, collaboration and relationship building skills, and a track record of building momentum with internal and external partners.
• Excellent oral and written presentation skills and proven ability to communicate effectively to audiences at all levels.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills with the ability to independently prioritize and manage assigned projects
• Advanced excel and power point skill
