The B2B Product Marketing team for Eastern Europe, Middle East & Africa (EEMEA) is looking for a Director, Product Marketing to drive our products and solutions growth. The B2B Product Marketing team is responsible for building the story of our products and fueling the business in partnership with Product and Sales organizations. The ideal candidate will be able to craft the right messaging for Mastercard products & solutions and partner with customers to help drive common business objectives; is highly motivated and comfortable navigating between either B2B and B2C audiences.
In this position, you will:

Support product organizations with go-to-market and enable sales teams:
• Partner with product teams to build the product story and positioning.
• Develop sales materials and assets such as sales presentations, videos, demos as required.
• Manage the Product knowledge training calendar and content required in partnership with global product marketing, product leads, training and sales excellence.
• Represent and guide product leads on marketing requirements for the launch of new solutions as part of product launch review committees.
• Represents and lead global initiatives for the region, localization requirements, partner with local marketing teams to capture their priorities, share best practices and new opportunities, to help them in achieving countries' and company objectives.

Lead product marketing requirements to achieve business objectives for various business functions including core payments, commercial and new payment flows in EEMEA:
• Develop product marketing strategies and plans for specific business functions such as consumer cards, digital payments, SME, corporate or money transfer solutions; or specific products/solutions within these functions.
• Execute initiatives in partnership with local marketing and communication leads such as content development, lead generations campaigns, industry event participations, owned events. Become the lead generation expert in the region with putting guidelines and processes in place between marketing and communications teams and sales teams.
• Partner with sales and customers to develop initiatives, promotions, assets or merchandise to promote money transfer solutions. This includes negotiation, compliance, target setting and legal processes end-to-end from campaign concept, delivery, logistics to reporting.
• Influence stakeholders and be the leader for change in evolving the marketing discipline including evolution of engagement model, long-term planning, campaign analysis and new innovative marketing tactics for money transfer solutions.
• Capture and measure success of promotions, campaigns or events using data and generating actionable insights to present and implement.
• Work with compliance and legal for contracting process and reviews.
• Manage the money transfer marketing budget including accruals and forecast.
• Maintain strong relationships and due diligence with suppliers and agencies.

All About You

The ideal candidate for this position should:
• Have 10 years experience in a similar Marketing role.
• Have previous experience in remittances, payments, banking, fintech, technology, or FMCG.
• Be able to see the bigger picture and at the same time dive deep into the details.
• Be extremely organized, detailed oriented, always looking for efficiencies.
• Be able to think strategically as well as execute big or small with hands-on.
• Be able to understand different angles of the same story: for B2B or B2C audiences.
• Be a strong communicator, able to build long term relationships with internal stakeholders across the organization and external partners, even remotely.
• Leading change, identifying what can be done better and offering new improved ways to work, create or evolve processes.
• Be able to think with scalability for multi-market approach, understanding of the region's economics, dynamics, audiences is critical.
• Expert in excel, creating presentations, managing admin processes.
• Your work language is English and you can understand and write advanced pieces of content in English. Other languages is a plus such as Arabic or French.
• You will be required to attend daily remote meetings with global counter-parts based in New York (end of afternoon), UK or other stakeholders based in Dubai or South Africa.
