The Security Solutions Organization team delivers technology, products, and services that facilitate seamless, fast, and secure payments across the network and the internet of things. These solutions leverage the latest technology, a vast array of data resources, and artificial intelligence to provide services that benefit the entire payments ecosystem. Within SSO, this is a Reseller Commercialization & New Networks & Partnership role and will be responsible of creating and managing a new strategy to deliver the SSO solutions that allows Mastercard expand to nonconventional customers through new distribution channels and help drives customer and Mastercard profitability and efficiency to ensures the continuity of payments.
• The role will manage the execution of the new strategy and GTM which includes implementing and launching SSO services with at least 26 telcos in Eastern Europe, Middle East/Africa (EEMEA) region. Accordingly, this position requires a highly collaborative individual with strong process and strategic thinking mindset, partnership skills, and management skills who will coordinate relationships across multiple functional areas (Product, Finance, Regions, Legal, Franchise, Core) and work closely with new external partners such as technologies partners and Telcos.
• In addition of creating and scaling new reseller channels and expand our services through new partnerships and distribution channels, the role will be responsible for achieving the +$100M revenue target within 7 years.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develops regional go-to-market strategies and leads execution to ensure maximum penetration of product and value delivered to customers. This includes aligning with global teams and supporting the sales team with go-to-market plans, material, pricing and training
• Manage and maintain existing product lines on an on-going basis
• Analyze market trends, dynamics, and competition in order to inform product and go-to-market strategies
• Interface with market teams, sales, finance, legal, marketing, operations, implementations as the product owner to ensure successful launch of products
• Engage in idea generation, concept validation, business case development, and in some instances financial modeling and planning
• Monitor and evaluate product performance; ability to locate and use relevant data to support performance measurement, tracking, and product insights. Build reporting templates and tools
• Become the subject matter expert on the required domain to guide customers and internal stakeholders
• Build overall understanding of Security Solutions Organization offerings and broader Mastercard products and services to leverage synergies within the organization to maximize value delivered to customers
All About You:
• Bachelor's degree
• 5-8 years prior related work experience. Experience from a top-rated consulting firm desirable
• Knowledge of payments industry with focus on safety & security of the ecosystem.
• Effective problem solver, identifying and mitigating risks, solving and / or escalating issues as appropriate
• Excellent analytical skills with an ability to conduct structured analysis and synthesize large amounts of data. Advanced Excel skills
• Ability to work on a team or independently
• Strong interpersonal skills to influence and build credibility, collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible
