Title and Summary
Director, Product Management The Services team and solutions fuel growth for partners globally by providing cutting edge services in the areas of Customer Acquisition and Engagement, Security Solutions, Business and Market Insights, and Open Banking. Focused on thinking big and scaling fast, our agile sales team is responsible for end-to-end solutions for a diverse global customer base including retailers, airlines, hotels, tourism agencies, public sector entities, restaurants, consumer goods and telecom companies.We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Product Management to join our Open Banking product management team. The successful candidate will lead the development of a new consumer data sharing and data management solution, that will ensure transparency, traceability, security, and control for consumers and small business in their data sharing activities. About the Role
• Define and execute the product strategy, roadmap, and priorities for the new consumer data sharing and data management solution. Ensure alignment with Mastercard Open Banking overall objectives and market needs.
• Product Management & Product Development: Lead the ideation, development, and launch of the consent management service. Oversee all stages of the product lifecycle, from concept to delivery.
• Test the product value proposition, desirability, and feasibility with customers. Gather and analyze feedback to validate assumptions and refine the product.
• Adjust product requirements based on customer feedback throughout the product development lifecycle ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with user needs.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to deliver the product roadmap. Ensure timely and efficient execution of product development stages.
• Engage with external stakeholders, including data providers and recipients, to gather feedback and ensure the solution meets market needs.
• Prioritize client requirements and reflect them in the product roadmap and development process.
Qualifications:
• Product management experience, with a focus on data management or financial technology solutions.
• Proven track record of leading product development from concept to launch.
• Experience in agile product development and methodologies across the full software development lifecycle
• Expertise in product development tooling and product roadmap best practices
• Experience with APIs and their use in product development.
• Excellent communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of consent management, data sharing, and data security practices preferred
• Knowledge of Open Banking practices, regulations, and standards is preferred.
