Overview
Mastercard seeks an experienced Digital & Partnerships Marketing Director for the Asia Pacific region. This role involves creating and implementing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth across various markets. The ideal candidate understands digital trends and regional market differences, translating global goals into effective regional strategies. They will also establish profitable partnerships to co-create experiences with like-minded partners.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with Mastercard's global vision and regional business objectives.
Campaign Management: Guide the regional markets to deliver and measure high-performing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, content marketing, etc.) to drive customer acquisition and retention.
Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, develop, and manage strategic marketing partnerships with like-minded partners in areas such as music, culinary arts, cinema, lifestyle, etc., to enhance Mastercard's brand presence and the resonance of its experiences' platform, priceless.com. This role will manage and evolve the priceless platform.
Brand Positioning: Ensure consistency in Mastercard's brand messaging across all digital platforms, tailoring strategies to fit the cultural and market dynamics of each country in the Asia Pacific region.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics to measure performance, identify trends, and optimize campaigns for better ROI. Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership.
Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing digital marketing team. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and Global Marketing, to ensure cohesive messaging and strategic alignment.
Vendor and Agency Management: Oversee relationships with external agencies and partners to ensure deliverables meet brand standards and performance expectations.
Market Insights: Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behaviors within the Asia Pacific region to drive innovative marketing solutions.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy and execution within the Asia Pacific region.
Proven track record of leading successful digital marketing initiatives in a multinational environment.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and best practices.
Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
Experience managing budgets and forecasting marketing spend.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong sense of adaptability.
