Click to Pay Go to Market, Product Management Overview

The Mastercard Checkout Services Go to Market team is looking for a Product Manager to commercialize and scale Click to Pay globally and work alongside Card on File Team to drive our digital agenda. The ideal candidate is passionate about driving product growth, highly motivated, analytical, with a commercial mindset and project management skills.

Role
• Own the Go-to-Market strategy for Click to Pay to drive Mastercard's Reimagining Online Checkout vision
• Collaborate closely with both global and regional teams to understand customer learnings and pain points to enhance the overall value proposition and customer experience
• Identify obstacles hindering the achievement of product performance objectives and suggest actionable solutions to overcome them
• Serve as a subject matter expert on the product, offering support to internal and external stakeholders with communication and training on product features
• Own the Click to Pay pipeline to expand our acceptance reach and work with the sales and marketing team in developing tools & assets that help accelerate merchant adoption
• Take a data-driven approach to product enhancements, identifying opportunity areas and contributing to the Product roadmap
• Leverage working knowledge of payments ecosystem, Mastercard business, products and customer requirements in making fact-based business and product decisions

All About You
The ideal candidate for this position should:
• Demonstrate strong product commercialization experience showcasing excellent business acumen
• Be able to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels across multiple geographies
• Possess strong interpersonal abilities and adeptness in building and nurturing relationships
• Have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to audiences of varied technical ability
• Possess the ability to leverage data not only for generating reports and analysis but also for crafting compelling narratives that convey insights effectively
• Familiarity and prior experience collaborating with merchants, payment service providers, and payment gateways are beneficial assets
