Capabilities Enablement Manager
The Capabilities Enablement Manager is responsible for driving the successful onboarding, adoption, and optimization of our [Marketing Services or Marketing Capabilities] platforms across the organization. This role involves collaborating with various departments to understand their needs, providing training and support, and ensuring the capabilities are leveraged to their full potential to enhance Marketing Services productivity and efficiency.

Onboarding & Training Support
- Develop comprehensive training programs and materials for end-users at all levels
- Conduct workshops, webinars, and one-on-one training sessions to ensure proficient use of the capabilities
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to users

Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify and address workflow challenges
- Gather feedback from users to understand their needs and refine platform features and functionalities.
- Collaborate with IT and other relevant teams to ensure seamless integration and data security.

Performance Monitoring
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of capabilities onboarding adoption
- Generate regular reports on platform usage, performance, and user satisfaction
- Recommend and implement improvements based on data-driven insights

-Change Management
- Develop and execute change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions to new or updated processes
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure buy-in and minimize resistance to changes
